I installed "Chevs of the 40s" front sway bar on my '51, 3100. It took about 45 minutes and that included enlarging the holes for the "U" bolts.

I live about 200 miles from there and ordered the sway bar on Friday afternoon. Monday afternoon it was at my front door.

I should have done that years ago. The truck now handles like a Camaro (not really) but the handling is 1000% better.

I put the 3.55 gears in the rearend a few months ago but couldn't drive at 60-65 because it turned my knuckles white. After the install, I drove for about 35 miles on the Interstate and it was like driving a cloud.

$160 well spent.
