I'm assuming these are the prices somebody quoted you to do the work? If so.. those prices look about right.. except for the new fuel line thing looks pretty high.
#1 and #2 look like pretty fair prices.
I've seen aftermarket wiring kits sell for around $100 that the average guy can get put in an afternoon or two.. so #3 is a hair on the high side, unless that price also includes new tail light assembly, turn signals, etc.
$200 to run a new fuel line tho.. that sounds pretty high for $20 worth of line.
