Hey Joe, when you go register. If you do, fill out a statemant of facts,stating that the truck was parked and not moved for what ever amount of time. write that the previous owner told you that there where no back fees, and that why you bought the truck. as long as there where no tickets, either parking, moving etc. It's worked for me a few times
