You will have to replace the flywheel with a flex plate to hook up the torque converter, and possibly the radiator with a transmission cooler as well as the shift linkage. As was allready mentioned, you might need to change the crossmember as well as the drive line. Over all it should bolt up just fine. with a few changes that shouldn't be to hard to fine and do.
