Searched the thread and found previous posts. Also, checked Classic Performance Parts and did a little reading there. From what I have found, most think ball bearings are fine and should work okay on a 51. I guess they should since they have been used for 50+ years. May just buy new ball bearings and the correct grease and keep the older ball bearings after all. Just can't overtighten ball bearings.
