Welcome. Is it a Chevy or a GMC? Pickup? Single or dual drive wheels? Nothing stupid about your questions, just not enough details. That spark plug tire inflator isn't a factory thing. They were available aftermarket some years ago. If you do use it, be sure to do so with your throttle wide open and your ignition off, or you'll be packing an air/fuel vapour in your tire.
