The only ergonomic problem I've had is the height of the brake and clutch pedals. I had a very bad thigh bruise in college once and practically had to lift my left leg up with my hand to get my foot on the clutch smile . Both my wife and my father-in-law didn't have nice things to say after driving the truck, pedal height being the main complaint with the manual steering a close second. My wife's told me that she'll never try to drive it again. Thankfully, I've still got a couple of inches between my belly and the steering wheel, and even at 6'1", my legs have enough room with the bench seat all the way back.
