The number that you would see on the aluminum plate thats riveted on the hinge pillar when you open the driver door is the body serial number. Thats the way it is,and always has been. Dont let anyone tell you different....Or they can tell you different ,just dont believe it. A serial number and a v.i.n. are two completely different things!! | | |
