I am in the process of restoring a 1941 GMC 3/4 steak bed. I am going to move the tank from inside to under the bed..... has anyone done this and what type of tank did you use? I found the demensions of a 54 chevy tank will fit where I want it to go. Just looking for more ideas and input. Also I need the leg room in the cab... I'm 6'6" so I'm redoing the interior. What has anyony used for seats that go all the way back against the back of the cab? Thanks for any input you might have. Dave.
