3836848 on the head
3837004 on the block
k2255 stamped behind starter
also beneath both casting number is "GM5"
was told is could be either a 55-57 chev engine
or a gm from some year
is there a way to tell gm from chev
also anyone have the hp and torque on this thing | | |
