I found a set of centers that matched mine. Sent them to Stockton Wheel and had them weld new 16" outers. About $500.00. Had to have them reverse offset so to clear the tie rods.(What was once the inside is now the outside - just the outers) They took a LOT longer than they originally told me, but the wheels turned out fine. The old wheels and tires are in my garage in case I (or the next owner)ever want the truck to be truly original again. I'm using my original hubcaps and 16" Continental SUV radials. The truck handles SO much better. Good luck in your quest.
