Hy John 62 C-20, firstly I hate to be the one to tell you but a 265 and even up to 57 283s have no provisions cast into the block for engine side mounts, so either you don't have what you think you have or it's next to useless to you. As for the part your looking for I believe that what you describe is the oil/fume separater that is held into the block by a slight press fit and one support strap that had a 1/4" screw in it, hope that helps.
