I'm in the process of rebuilding the front end in my 55.2 3/4 ton GMC and got a surprise when I pulled the drag link off.
Early 55.2 Drag Link Found some notes in the '59 Chevy master parts book on the drag link part number about a "double taper fitment" and "requires replacement of Pitman arm and steering arm".
GM appears to have had a better idea that didn't last to long.
I've got replacement parts located (Tom Myers in Miami,OK) but was curious if anyone else has seen this setup.
