I just gotta tellya! I loaded my truck to the gunnels and beyond: At this moment she squats in my driveway with what has to be at least a full legal load of timbers. 3 x 10 rough cedar, creosote treated, mostly 14' lengths. The back of the load is flagged because it's overlength. There's some shorter stuff over top of it, well forward, otherwise she'd have been way tail heavy. Back end's still down a shade, but the new tires are only bulging a little at 60 psi. I know I could have loaded her more with shorts, but I was tired and hungry, and I wanted to go home. So I stoked 'er up, and drove.
That truck didn't even know it was loaded! She rode a little smoother, and wanted a few more rpm's, but I swear she was saying, "well? where's the load?"
It was GREAT! Gonna do that again.
