If my memory serves me correctly and lately it has not been to reliable. To get the 5 bolt pattern you are looking for you will have to go to a 70 or later, I know that my 68 C-10 has 6 lub hubs. Going to the 71 would also give you disk front breaks also. Ball joints and tierod ends are diffrent on the 70-72 so the swap can get expensive. If you have the option go with the entire 71 front end and it should be pretty much a bolt in job. I could be wrong thought and no doubt someone with a better and younger memory will correct me.
