The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Engine Shop What year is this motor and what is it's timing?

I can't figure out what year is motor is. I am pretty sure it is a Chevy I6 250. The only numbers I can find are
Block- 3789404
GM 5
CON2
D16 3
Head- 2084F57
Then if I can figure out what year I need to know the timing
