My name is Mike, I live in Colorado Springs, and this summer I picked up my dream truck a 1951 3100.
It is pretty much all original save a repaint with a brush by the farmer who owned it, and it has a 235 instead of the 216. After some tune up work and an oil change it is now my daily driver. The plan is to do a relativly authentic rod out of it, I will be keeping the 235 and adding fenton headers, an offy intake with 2 carter carbs...keeping the 6 volt, adding white walls, dropping her 4 inches etc...
