I'm not an engineer, but that frame doesn't seem to have enough cross bracing. Maybe I'm missing the point. If you are getting a new frame for your project it stands to reason you will be putting a big and powerful motor in it. IMO that frame would not be able to handle that much power. Maybe the transmission crossmember isn't installed untill you specify engine and transmission.
