I looked at the NV4500 when I was doing the work on my Blazer.
It was certainly something to drool about, but it looked to me that I couldn't get a shifter position on that which would keep the shifter out of the middle of the bench seat.
I hope you can prove me wrong, because that's sure a sweet box!
