I agree with your assessment of it. I like the basic looks of it,and this guy obviously has a very creative streak in him. Anything different or unusual is a cool thing. But does it still qualify as a rat-rod if the owner paints it? Seems like that and chrome are the ultimate sins in the rat-rod world.
