i don't know if this is exactly the same one you have but here is a link to installation instructions for the same fulton visor i have on my truck.
http://53truck.ez15loan.com/fultonspec.php i did not have these instructions when i put mine on, but found that by shear blissful ignorance that i had installed it correctly. they look great (i.m.h.o.) and the shade protection is really nice!
