For those of you that may be interested, here is the information that I just received from GM of Canada for my 1957 GMC Pickup:

The cover letter states that my truck will have the same specifications as the U.S. Chev model 3104. But when I look through the manual that I received, my truck appears to be a model 3804 with the 108" box, GVW of 7000 lbs.
It may have been shipped with 17.5" or 19.5" wheels, but it had on 16" when I bought it (and the wheels off of my 2003 Chev Silverado 2500 HD will actually fit!). They seen awfully close to the steering linkage on the front axle, though.
