I guess you have the nut off and want to remove the bolt, but it is stuck. I won't ask why you are taking these bolts off unless you are pulling the engine!
If you have the nut off...could you screw it back on flush with the end of the bolt. This would make a small flat surface which you could use a platform as you take your hydraulic jack and a small pusher, and shove the bolt up.
I think this bolt goes through the front motor mount, and this is where it might be hung. As I recall, it fits tight in the holes through the mount.
