I don't have ability to weld. The bolt head could be accessed better if I remove the entire grill assembly but it is still nestled in a pocket of the stancion from above and packed in close to the timing gear cover and behind the harmonic balancer. Picture below. Bolt is behind red arrow.
Yes, the nut is off and dispite the fact that I have attempted to abuse the bolt from below, it remains unharmed and re-useable if I can extract it. The Pry bar won't fit. I have gone through all of my English,Spanish, Italian and German helper-words so I will now try your Dutch!
