mine weren't very close either,,my advice is only cut out what is bad & replace just that,all this repro stuff is made in China by folks who have never even seen a chevy truck. Some parts are actually made for 60-72 like there were no changes. On my latest project I have an old cab I am using for patch panels, just bought rockers everything else is home fabbed. brian
