I have all new wheel cylinders, master cylinder, and brake shoes. The e-brake cables are new too. The e-brake will hold when parked uphill fairly well but parking on a downhill the e-brake hardly holds at all. Is there an upgrage or something else I should be looking at. I want to add a tow hitch and use the truck to launch my boat so I need a good e-brake.
