My vote is for the '61 also. I love the curved windshield too. And, the 60-61 hoods are MUCH more rare than the 62-66 so I'd keep that too.
If you could afford the repairs, you'd have a great looking truck with the '61. The '64 is nice, but I'm not a flatbed fan so I'd suggest putting a fleet or stepside bed on it if you kept it.
