HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO REMOVE THE SHIFTER FROM THE COLUMN? I SEE I FEW SCREWS IS THAT IT? ALL THE LINKAGE IS OF AND ON THE SHELF. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.
