The front of my 58 1 ton has shocks. Anybody know of a good replacement? Is the old one a "restorable" type? I've not seen any new ones mentioned in parts catalogs.
The back (Eaton axle) has what appears to be shock mounts attached to the axle tube. There is no corresponding attachment point above it for a shock mount. I've read the past posts and it seems like most 1 tons don't have / need rear shocks, and that they where an option. Does anyone know what rear shock would work? Does anyone have photo's / drawings / specs for a upper shock mount that could be added?
