Yes, it is. It's Tartan Turquoise with Bombay Ivory trim. I just can't imagine them painting a truck in such a vibriant color after so many years of Onyx Black, Swift Red or Hunter Green. I bet many of the old guys hated some of the bright colors of '55 - '59!
