Jorge, When I went to disc brakes on my 53 AD I just had a bracket made for the front spindle used the same hub and purchased all the parts for a mid 70's 4 wheel drive Chevy pickup. I wanted to keep my 6 lug wheels. Saved me a couple of hundred bucks.
