For the harmonic balancer/crank pulley- When you get the crank turned have it drilled and tapped for a regular small block chevy crank bolt- That'll make it easier for you to install and to turn over the engine with a socket during the rebuild process.
thats a good idea, but i want to try to turn it before i pull it out of the truck
