Those bushings screw into the control arms.You'll need a long handle breaker bar, 3/4 drive helps.When screwing them back in you have thread in one bushing, them screw in the control arm shaft, the screw in the other bushing taking care to make sure the shaft screws the same amount each way.Those bushings usually never see a grease gun , most are worn, just replace them ,upper and lower and the control arm shafts. .Pay a little extra to buy quality USA made parts,not the no name parts in the white boxes. Oh, I think Moog sells an offset upper shaft to deal with alignment problems that may occur when lowering the front end.
