Think those fasteners may be a Dzu's (spelling?) used on aircraft more than anything. OR, some race car body panels and motorcyles. There is a catalog called Aircraft Spruce that has those. Many diff sizes.
www.aircraft-spruce.com OR, just make new holes with screws, just won't be as fast to remove them. OR, weld nuts on back of floor or panels and use small bolts.
