Looking at that first picture, it about looks like you could attach a bracket to the screw that holds the seat back also.
It would put it in the approximate/same location and might not move if you hit a big bump.
Of course that's probably too easy, and the person in the middle would smack their head on it, going over that same big bump.
Does it rub the window?
