Can you pull your distributer cap and see if the rotor is still under #1 when the timing pointer is on the ball bearing in the flywheel? If not your #%*& fiber timing gear is gone. This can be double checked if a compression guage reads high on some cylinders and zero on others. Sure hope not, but possible. Sometimes a pull will fire one up if things are wet and the starter won't kick it off. Good luck
