It sounds like they put on the wrong length steering arm. To check this out, remove one end of the steering arm, and then turn the steering wheel from all the way to the left to all the way to the right and count how many turns this takes. Now center the steering wheel and hold it there, put the steering arm back on and see if the wheels are straight forward. I'll bet they aren't. Also when turning the steering wheel from left to right, as you go past center you should feel a very light resistance, if not, then tighten up the " high point" adjustment on the sterering gear.
