BrianK: I don't think I would want to run a rubber hose over top of motor (Retired firefighter) anyway are you sure you are vapor locking. Another trick is to feed your steel line thru a rubber hose still looks nice and then reflare your ends. Try the aluminium foil wraped around the fuel pump first might be a way to isolate the problem. Ya never know. popcorn
