My Dad said that there were no such thing as a toilet paper filter. He told me that the after market filter like FRAM (or any other brand) was made for a real filter. People in those days were (how do I put this?) Thrifty! So many noticed that T.P. worked great! Dad also said that as soon as we could afford better, we did, because the T.P. filter was MESSY!
