GMCpanel thanks for looking that up sounds easy to do but alot of the stuff that your are stating sounds like a certain type of document not just something you write up on a piece of notebook paper
46 In Progress my ma called the court house over in gaylord a while back and whoever she talked to said that they don't deal with lost titles said you have to go through your bank and get it bonded
one thing i thought of was find another truck that has a title and vin plate but say in extremly bad shape and just switch the vin plates but don't think that'd be to easy to do all i want to really do is just take the body leave it the way it is and put it on a 4x4 frame, redo the wiring so everything works and drive it
