If they have been in temp & humidity controlled environment, & no sunlight they would be fine, the rubber is much higher quality than we get now. If not, I wouldn't run them except show/parades etc-although I pulled two off of my old black truck when I bought it that hadn't been manufactured for 25-30 years-still held air & looked OK. I even cut one apart, the dry cracks were just on the surface. brian
