| | | | Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 13 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 13 | My grandpa has a 1965 chevy c-10 in his pasture that I could have. It has a 327 and a Pontiac auto trans. It ran well when he put it there 30 years ago. I don't think the engine will be too bad to get running, the body is the problem, it is all but gone. I need another truck with a bad 6 cyl or just a rolling chassis to make one good truck for a decent price. I don't want to break this forum's rule on for sale/ need advertisements so any other general guidance and input would be appreciated pertaining to fixing this truck.
