Thanks everyone, I appreciate the photos. It gives me an idea what it may of had. The guy that built my truck picked it up from a farmer out in an orchard. He said it had 7 layers of paint on it. First the original paint was green and the last being white latex house paint. This truck is a deluxe cab. I checked the vin and by my understanding it was built in Oakland,Ca. Also,I understand that Chevrolet made about 5,000 of the 3800 series overall.
