Can anyone read the placement dimensions for the template on the fender? I can get the 5 3/4 from the inside which would leave whatever on the outside of the fender. But how far up from the bottom? And, is there any tilt to the centerline as to its position on the fender? Or do you vertically plumb the mounting side of fender, the vertically align the centerline? :confused:
