not "factory" - they were a dealer installed option like many of the small bits that were meant to suck a little more money out of the stylers, like the mirrors mounted on the passenger visor or the compass or the kleenex dispenser - prolly never seen'en in the pasture cuz it was the city folks that wanted'em, not the farmers!
