I have two charcol briquets in a platic potpouri container under my seat,it helps with the musty oder from still hav'n the 57 year old seats in it,hopefully that oder will be gone when my better half re covers them but as far as rodent problems i dont think it will do any thing for that.The dryer sheets sound cool,I'm rob'n the laundry room now
