Lots of work on Brad's part ... pure enjoyment (and references) for you!

on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 887 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 887 | I bought a '51 with a title and rusted out cab. Found a 50 cab and swapped em'. Once I get the project running I'll need to register it and eventually transfer title to someone else and am wondering about a few possible problems.
For example, the '50 cab has a vent in the driverside cowl that I'd like to keep. The engine is from a '62 school bus (261), the rear differential is from a 69 chevelle (12 bolt posi, 3.73:1) the transmission is from an '85 s-10, etc...
I was planning on just putting the '51 tag on the '50 cab and takin' the beast in for an inspection.
Am I gonna have a problem? If so, what can I do to minimize it?
