I'm looking at a 1954 chevy 3/4 ton on ebay that is ending in 3 hours. The seller says everything works but it leaks a little oil. It's never been restored. I know very little about truck repair and am looking for an old truck to take to farm markets and to haul stuff with occasionally. Would it be a mistake to purchase this truck or could I maintain it fairly easily/inexpensively? I don't want to buy a truck and be constantly breaking down or making repairs. Any advice would be greatly apreciated...
