It wasn't easy on the passenger wiper arm. I had to walk away atleast once. When the clip began to move and I could get it above the smooth area into the wider area of the "whatchamacallit", it started to work outwards. Once over the lip I wiggled it off. I think the WD40 helped and working that clip a bit also got it loosened up.
