They are definitely more rare than Offenhauser because they are not made anymore and Offenhausers still are. More desirable than an Offy (?) - I don't know. They both work the same - more desirable just because of the fact that they aren't made anymore and because they say "Fenton" on them. They do look real nice with a set of Fenton headers and, you said it, they do line up nice with the Fenton headers. That's a nice looking set up!
